Just bumping this up.
I have recently received messages from potentially new players wondering if English Speakers Council (Alliance) is still active.
The answer is yes

All players are still welcome to join even if English isn't your native language or you just prefer a friendly international atmosphere. We are a small international community playing on the best WotLK PVE server we know that exists today.

Helpful tip: You can also join the international world chat on the server by entering /join english into the ingame chatbox.
